Devil's Night is traditionally a romp through devilish pranks. This year we are offering tribal dance and performance art to create a festival atmosphere in our communities. The onlookers are joining in with dance, music, and their own performance art that is inspirational in bringing the customs of various cultures together for an evening of fun.
